Processing Times

We aim to process your order within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification from us as soon as your order has been dispatched.  

Processing times may occasionally vary due to issues beyond our control, such as high order volumes or postal service problems. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Please make sure your address is full and correct when you order. We aren’t responsible for incomplete addresses that cause delivery problems. 

We don’t ship to PO boxes.


Customs & Import Duties

Please be aware of any import duties or taxes your order may be subject to once it reaches your destination country. Beauty Sleep 101 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@beautysleep101.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
